Cancellations/Refunds/Returns

 

Here at Hi-Spec Carpets & Flooring Ltd we are committed to ensuring each and every customer is satisfied with their purchase.

That being said, sometimes things don’t necessarily go to plan and we understand people change their minds.

 

 

As per the ‘Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013′ you have the right to cancel and return your order,

if unopened and in original packaging within 7 working days of receiving your order.

We may have to charge a 30% handling fee to cover re-stocking charges and administration.

You “the customer” are responsible for all costs incurred for returns by your chosen carrier if you

have cancelled an order. We can arrange transport of goods back to the manufacturer if you wish,

we can provide you with a quote for this upon notification of your cancellation.

 

 

There are some exclusions to our returns policy, this includes flooring

that has been specifically cut to size,

special orders or those in non-standard packaging such as

Carpets, Vinyl, Safety Flooring, Karndean, Amtico,

Polyflor, Water Jetted Items or Custom Made products.

 

In addition, we do not accept returns of product accessories or partial order returns where there are unwanted/unused packs of flooring which have been correctly supplied (E.G. over-ordered).

 

If you are unsure of whether the items you are intending to purchase are included in our

7 day return policy please contact us before ordering.

 

 

You must contact us via the store or in writing prior to returning your

product/order and obtain a return/cancellation reference number,

you can do this by email or via our store.
